The Purple Bra Project - Giving From the Heart In December, members of UWABC donate clothing and personal items for member organizations: The Road Home, YWCA, and the Volunteer's of America Women and Children's Shelter.
Dream Dinners In March, 20 UWABC members and guests gathered at Dream Dinners in the Brickyard Plaza to prepare ready-to-eat meals for the Volunteers of America Women’s and Homeless Teen Shelter. In two short hours we whipped up 144 delicious and healthy ready-to-heat-and-eat meals. Dream Dinner’s Leslie Fitzpatrick generously hosted the event. On Sunday, December 18 UWABC gathered for a special holiday evening of fun, food, and friends. The evening was held at Market Street Grill - Cottonwood.
Members gathered much-needed personal items to benefit those in our community who need our extra support this winter.

April 17, 2007 - Donation Drive for Volunteers of America's Center for Women and Children
This special evening event was held at the Freedom Garden at Volunteers of America's Center for Women and Children in Murray. Along with socializing, the event provided members and guests of UWABC the opportunity to raise donations and funds to benefit the Center for Women and Children. Thank you to all those who attended the event and gave to those in need in our community.
